Conveniently located in North Haven Connecticut off exit 9 on interstate 91, Le Petite Salon and Spa is located in a renovated 1920s building complete with hardwood floors and fireplace and a second floor space for luxurious spa services.

Andrea was born and raised in Connecticut and resides there still with her husband of 30 years and her 3 children. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist, Salon Owner, Certified Master Colorist, Educator, Certified ICF Coach, College Graduate, Mother, Wife and Lifelong Student. “NEVER STOP LEARNING" is her motto.
Andrea founded Le Petite Salon in 1996. Since then Le Petite has grown to become the gold standard in Aveda concept salons. Motivated by her love of the beauty industry and her commitment to her team members and loyal clients, Andrea continues to grow the North Haven salon. Her longstanding relationship with Aveda provides an opportunity to care for the client and the environment.
Andrea is classically trained and has studied with the top stylists in the industry. She went on to become a Master Stylist and train with Aveda and mastered their education program with cutting color and ayurvedic principles She has also been certified in Wella Color, Clairol Color, Schwarzkopf Color, Logics Color, Kadus Color, Perma of Paris Color, Goldwell Color, L'Oreal Color, and is now exclusively Aveda Color. Through her extensive training she became a Certified Master Colorist and Educator.
She continues to travel to educate herself and keep current on style trends. As an educator, she traveled around the country teaching basic and advanced techniques to both stylists and salon owners. Andrea's work has appeared on the cover of Parade magazine in The New Haven Register, on The North Haven Public Access Channel with her own makeover show, and has had the honor of being the personal stylist of Miss Connecticut. After opening her first salon she was chosen by Fleet Bank in Ct as one of the top area woman small business owners and participated in a Bank-sponsored Women in Business Showcase.
Andrea also dedicated her salon to be green and continues to only work with companies that are environmentally friendly and safe. Andrea uses only Aveda products, which are organic and safe for both the client and the staff.
Andrea has continued to teach and train throughout her career as she has successfully run her salon and spa for over 30 years. She has trained and mentored many stylists who have come through her salon over the years and is extremely proud of their accomplishments.
Andrea believes in giving back to the community. Her numerous charities include The American Cancer Society, with the Certification and work with Connecticut Hospice in the Look Good Feel Good Program, Aids project New Haven, The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, The MADD Foundation, The CT Domestic Violence Foundation for Women and Children, Breast Cancer Awareness, and local schools and charities.

Christina has been a hairstylist for 15 years. She has been trained in Aveda color and techniques in New York. She takes pride in her work and her goal is to make your hair dreams come true. She’ll totally transform your image through hair color, cutting and styling. In fact, she can be on location for weddings, any other event. She is the salons expert in curly and generally unruly hair. She is certified in Coppola keratin straightening, and has a passion for formal up-dos and styling for brides, wedding parties, proms and special occasions.

Karen O'Brien has been a Licensed Massage Therapist / Esthetician since 2004. She graduated with her certificate in Medical Massage and went on specialize in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Therapeutic, and Sports Massage. After completing the Esthetics program, in 2004, Karen has taken many continuing education courses focusing on a range of techniques to tackle different skin care needs. She is proficient in a variety or peels, including Microdermabrasion, Lactic Acid, and Glycolic Acid. She also offers natural nail care and full body waxing.

Laurie is a licensed electrologist with a true passion for the fields of permanent hair removal. Having received electrolysis herself for several years she has the utmost compassion and understanding regarding unwanted hair. She uses the most up to date electrolysis equipment and methods that result in both efficient and comfortable electrolysis treatments for her clients. Free pre-treatment consultations are provided so clients have a good understanding of the electrolysis process and feel secure that the treatments are aligned with the highest professional standards in the industry. She maintains her CPE (certified professional electrologist) certification with continuing education.
For your first visit, plan on arriving 15 minutes prior. This will allow enough time for you to find parking, change into spa attire, and have a consultation. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, please come in 20 minutes prior to your first visit and enjoy some AVEDA Comforting Tea as you settle in.

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If no notice is given, your credit card will be charged the 1/2 value of the service. We regret that we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa or salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Wedding Package Cancellation Policy
All bridal bookings require a two week cancellation or a 50% charge of the services will occur. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Deposit is required. Gratuity NOT included.
